Tricky little car

Well after owning two 95 Jetta’s, an 07 GTI, and a 2010 Tiguan it was time to try the Rabbit!! Reminds me of the GTI with a little less flare, and HP, but still has some get up and go. I’ve owned the car for about a year now and haven’t had to do too much to her. Rear brakes and some new front tires. Although I keep blowing head lights that could be a defect in the lights themselves and not the car! I do have issues with the knock sensors and check engine light with heavy rain but not bad enough to fix them, yet! Fun to drive, decent on gas, cute AF. This is the perfect car for me! I do wish I had a 4 door version so I could do Uber or Lyft but I don’t so oh well! I would recommend a 2009 Rabbit to anyone looking for a reliable car!!

10 Years Old and Still Running Like a Champ

This little 100,000+ mile car just had a brake job, the first major repair in its ten-year history. It’s economical, reliable, and fun to drive. I intend to keep it for a long time!

2009 VW Rabbit

My only regret is that they are no longer being made and even its successor, the Golf, is being enlarged. I hope VW goes back this small, efficient and very reliable model.

Things to consider before you buy this vehicle

I bought this car for 5700 dollar back in March 2016. It had 49k miles on it but the previous owner seemed to not really care about cars much since this car showed its pains later on. I have spent over 4k dollar to bring the car up to spec but honestly it was all worth it. Make sure you get the Manual Transmission one since the Auto ones are faulty unfortunately.
