"Trustworthy:"
The staff are honest, and straight to the point. They take care of you, and if you work with them, they really work with you. It is a very respectable place, highly recommended.

"Friendly and efficient"
I've taken my car there twice and my son has been there once. They are friendly, waiting time is usually not long, helpful with questions and as fa r as we can tell they do a good job. I recommended them to my son.

"location and oil change coupon"
service was timely and I will continue to get my oil changed there. I wouldn't get repairs done,however..my personal mechanic is more reasonably priced

"Friendly skilled staff is so important"
Work is done right and on time. I did not have the funds for a needed repair due to a repair to my other car. I was not pressured to get the work done. I have been very satisfied with every visit and scheduled work.

"always great service"
I have been a customer at A&A for a number of years and I keep going back because they always offer great service and no hassle repairs. Always open and honest about what is wrong, what will need to be repaired and what has to be repaired. Always give the option of waiting to do repairs if they aren't an immediate concern but will need to be address. Very competitive pricing and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always, always go above and beyond to take the best car of not only your car but you too!

"Savings on Service"
Returned car because of a recurring problem.
A and A replaced a defective ignition coil (insinstalled 5 months ago) under warranty and at no cost to me and inspected and cleaned mass flow unit instead of replacing it at a significantly higher cost.

Very nice, clean lobby don't mind waiting while my vehicle is being fixed. Explain issues clear and address solutions without being pushy. Very satisfied.
