"Worst Experience Ever"
I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change at 10am, scheduled specifically to leave enough time for me to get to work at 1230pm. I dropped the vehicle off on time and was told it would take 90mins- 2hours to complete. I returned shortly after noon to find my car was in the exact same spot where I left it and it had not been touched. I went in, quite upset because I had a scheduled appointment and the front desk person made some lame excuse about only having 1 lift able to lift the car, but it was in use so they hadn't gotten to it yet, sorry, etc. I'm sorry but if you only have one lift for a certain type of vehicle, then please schedule accordingly. Furthermore, if you are running over 2 hours behind a scheduled appointment, PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL YOUR CUSTOMER. As a result, I was over an hour late for work.

I also suggest your front desk people learn to type, because the license plate listed for my vehicle in this email is incorrect as well.

My vehicle did not pass inspection at your facility but, oddly enough, did pass on re-inspection elsewhere. I was told very seriously at Action that both coil springs were cracked and it was a safety issue, however another shop was glad to show that just the plastic (or whatever) coating on ONE coil spring was cracked, not the spring itself.

Obviously, there were many issues with my experience, but after that, you couldn't pay me to recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could award negative stars.
