Ora said this business did an excellent job on her vehicle and were actually done ahead of schedule. They were great with the work they did and how accommodating they were for her. They made it an easy experience for her but she wished they had more woman's magazines, like Good Housekeeping. She said she is extremely happy once again for the work they performed for her.

Carrie said there is a blower in her vehicle which needs to be reset within 5 days or the vehicle will not start. The vehicle was at the business more than 5 days. When they needed to move the vehicle, it would not start. Someone called her about it. It was the person who had taken her keys. He told her they would not have taken the vehicle if they had known there was a blower. She had told him about the blower when she gave him her keys. Also the business did not fix all the damage. The foot rail was all bent up. It should have been included in the original estimate but she is not sure if it was because she did not understand all the verbiage in the estimate. The vehicle was not ready when promised. It took 5 days longer and she was not given a reason but it might have had something to do with the blower. She was satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of most of the personnel, except for the person who called her because he was arguing with her.
