Gary said he wasn't given a promise date for vehicle repair. Everything was handled very professionally and the staff was top notch. He did not like how he had to continue to ask questions instead of having them coming to him first and guiding him through the process of the repairs.

Diana said when she took her vehicle to the facility, she told them about the two cups of coffee that spilled all over the inside of her vehicle. She told the girl at the front desk if they could clean the inside of her vehicle. She was told they would. She had left her vehicle at the business for 3 days. When she went back to the repair facility to get her vehicle, she was not too happy with the fact that they did not touch the inside of her vehicle like she had asked them to do.
