Robert said this business took longer then he expected, and they did not keep him informed on the status of his vehicle. His vehicle was three weeks past the promise time due to additional damage they found. He mentioned he was not given a clear explanation, and no one from this business called him to let him know what was going on. He called them to inquire about the status of his vehicle and someone looked up the new promise time on a computer. He also mentioned someone should have called him to let him know why the vehicle was going to be late, and when it would be ready.
