Jeffrey said there were some communication issues at this business. His vehicle was two days late due to insurance company problems but they did not tell him the other reasons. He enjoyed he professionalism and courtesy of the secretary but not the person working with him. The person working on his vehicle seemed to think there was other damage prior and that he was hiding something from them, which he did not appreciate.
