Randy said he called a week ahead to make an appointment and provide his VIN number so they could order the correct parts to have in time for his appointment. On the day of his appointment, he dropped his vehicle off and on his way home, they contacted him to tell him the manufacturer does not have the fender needed for his vehicle so it will be another five to seven days before they get the part. The adjuster really dropped the ball being that he did call a week ahead of time to avoid this kind of delay.
