Chris said he is very unhappy with this business. The technicians lied to him and his insurance company. The measurements were off on the attempted repair and in turn he took his vehicle to another facility for repairs. When he picked his vehicle up from this business for the second time, the technicians left dirty hand prints on the hood and fender. The customer service at the start of his visit was very good. By the end of the business dealings, the customer service was terrible. So far the paint job looks good. He has been going out with a flashlight at night looking to see if there are any flaws. So far he has not found any. He suspects that the summer sun will change the appearance of the paint. This is the worst experience he has ever had with a repair facility.
