Barbara said previously things were good when she went in for service but this time she was not satisfied with her overall service experience. This time things were much different. She called one week ahead of time to make the appointment and they told her it would take three days. However, when she went in for service, they told her one day. Then later, the vehicle was not done and they told her it would take longer because there was a parts delay. It ended up taking four days and she had a rental vehicle. Her vehicle was not done when promised. When she got the bill for the rental vehicle, it was more than she wanted to pay. She told this business she did not want to pay the entire amount because it was not her fault. They agreed to pay for two days and she paid for two days. They were going to charge her to glue again the molding, but someone yelled out not to charge her. She said she was happy. She discovered when she picked up her vehicle that it was not re-glued and a scratch was not fixed. They told her to take her vehicle back and they would take care of it. She has not done it but will do it in the future. She was not satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel. It was poor customer service. As a result of this experience, she will not recommend this facility to others.
