Charlotte said the vehicle had lost the license plate. She was not aware of this until she went to pick up the vehicle. The business had replaced the license plate holder, but did not tell her it was missing. When she asked they told her they had received it from the towing company this way. They told her to just get a new one and they would put it in with the bill to the insurance company. She has used this business in the past and does recommend them.
