Spoke with Stacy. She said the business was informative, the work was good, and they kept her updated. The vehicle was two days late because they found more damage. She said she happened to call the business before they called her and she found out about the delay. Sometimes she called and sometimes the business called about the updates. This was a pleasant experience and it made a difficult time easier.
