Doug said he was not completely satisfied with the overall experience because there was a communication problem regarding the repair. There was a part of the repair that needed to be approved by the insurance company. The staff member who he spoke with told him he would get it approved before the repair. However, it was not cleared before the repair. The bumper had to be removed before the repair. There was some confusion and miscommunication.
