Mike said the business was pretty responsive and finished things in a timely manner. He brought his vehicle to the business on a Monday and was told that the repairs would take 3 to 4 days. He called the business at noon on Thursday. They called him back at 4 pm and let him know that his vehicle was ready. By that time he was not able to pick it up and went the following morning. The following morning he noticed that one of his fog lamps was broken. He said he would have heard it break if a rock hit it. The business was doing some work on his front end and he said he believes it could have been broken during the repair process. Because his license plate was run over, he had to purchase two new license plates. He said he wished the business had told him prior to the repair so he could have taken care of it with the insurance company.
