Erin said she had to go back because they had to order a new sensor and she had to reschedule, which was a little inconvenient. The vehicle was ready a day later than promised and she does not know why. She received a text message from the insurance company to let her know about the delay, but she did not receive any phone calls from the facility. She had to pay for the extra day for her rental vehicle.
