Kenneth said he was not happy with the evaluation that they gave him. He stated all they are concerned with was body damage. They took no time and did not have any consideration or care about the rest of the vehicle. He was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because they were only concerned about the bumper. He stated they ignored what he told them and his concerns about the accident. There was no paint work performed. They had poor customer service skills. He was looking for referrals if they could not answer his questions. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.
