Nealah said she rated her overall experience with Bonney Lake Collision a 4, because of 1 of the conversations she had with a female representative. The representative called her regarding what needed to be done. She instructed her to pick up a wheel and a tire. Neahlah stated it could have been an easy transaction, but she felt like the representative was speaking in fragments. As a result, the representative got huffy, irritated, and sighed a lot. Nealah did not understand her, and it got to the point, where she hung up the phone. She requested her dad to call the representative to clarify the information. The repair service was almost a week late, due to 2 reasons. The holiday weekend, and also due to locating additional damages. She was happy they found additional damages, and fixed everything. The representatives performed a thorough job.
