Verified CustomerWe had discussed this concern with you before you picked your vehicle up. When a concern is intermittent there are some things we can do which we did. We checked for any computer updates, contacted Hyundai techincial assistance, and we road tested your vehicle over 50 miles to get the concern to duplciate or something to show us what we may need to fix. We asked you to road test the vehicle with us also. I believe we did everything we could to try to help you. If you would like you can get a second opinion from another dealer if you believe we did not do everything we could for you.
