Concordia said the personnel she dealt with during her visit to this business were very nice and they communicated very well. She was satisfied with the quality of the body work but she is now hearing squealing noises that were not there before. There was no paint work done.

Hunter said his vehicle looks as if it were never in an accident. The customer service was great. They got everything he wanted. The insurance company took care of everything and he had no problems. There was a delay over the weekend due to a problem in the paint. They found the problem on Saturday but the person that could repair it was out until Monday.
