Nathan said the bumper was not flush on the sides and they didn't fix the strut noise like they said they would. The outside of the vehicle was clean but they didn't clean the inside. They were courteous but they didn't do a walk around with him, they just gave him his keys.

Tracy said the color did not match perfectly and it is a 2016 vehicle. The delay was almost a week because they were having trouble with the paint. It was redone at least three times and it is still not right. The interior is of white leather and when he got the vehicle back there were grease marks on the driver's seat. He had to take it back in and they were able to wash it off at his request.

Jonathan said they didn't do all the repairs. He said he had asked for some additional work be done. The paint was scraped on the fender flair. There was a one week delay because they did the insurance work first and didn't communicate with him that the work he paid for would be done separately. He said they also locked his interlock system and he had to take time off from work to get that fixed.

Ernesto said the light is not working well, there is a hole on the driver side panel, the bumper is not fitting well and the part above the tire is loose because they forgot to put in the screws. He has to go back for these issues. He is not happy because he used a lot of gas to go back and forth. This business told him his vehicle will be ready on Thursday and then they said Friday. He went in Friday to pick it up and he had to wait another 45 minutes. He would not recommend this business due to the reasons mentioned.

Tony said he talked with one shop and his vehicle ended up at another shop. The job was not done well, some parts were not fixed. The insurance company said the paint chips that were on the dent could not have been caused by the accident therefore they wont pay. He was charged for the painting of the vehicle but when he received his vehicle back the paint chips were still there. He said it looks like they popped out the dent and just polished it up a bit. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Robyn said her vehicle was a day late and she's not sure why. She was told they would call her and they never did. She had to make all of the calls to find out the status of her vehicle. Her vehicle did not seem to be vacuumed out and the building next door got dust all over her vehicle because they were doing a little construction work over there.

Spoke with Robyn. She said she had to bring her vehicle back because she noticed that when her vehicle was in the sun there were huge buff marks that were noticeable on her hood where most of the damage was.

Cheryl said there were some issues she had with this business. The original estimate changed because this business found additional damage while they were repairing the vehicle. He said it was not a big deal and she understood that it might happen. The vehicle was returned 4 or 5 days later than promised. They had kept her informed, but she was not really given a reason for the delay. This business did a fabulous job overall and she cared about the quality of the work more than the time it took. She said her biggest concern was that her vehicle is black, so this business should have taken precautions to protect the paint from any further damage. When she got her vehicle back there was a ding on her side door and there were scratches in the paint on the sides where the employee rubbed against her vehicle while working on the roof. She said she took the vehicle back and they buffed out most of the scratches, but it was disheartening that they returned her vehicle in that state. Her vehicle was not cleaned to her satisfaction, but it looked like it had been washed. She suggested that in the future this business should be more considerate and they should protect the vehicle with appropriate covering. It was inconvenient to have to go back and leave her vehicle overnight, which should not have been the case.

David said he was not happy with the body work because the hood was off center enough that it would not open. He spent time himself and realigned this. The wheel well liner is rattling because the old clips were resused and it is not holding tightly. He said he is going to look at this and see if he can fix the problem himself. The fender has unsightly gaps on the right side. The vehicle was a half hour late because the glue used for the body molding was not holding and it had to be redone. The vehicle was not returned in a clean condition because when the old glue for the body molding was removed the business did not clean it up well. They did wipe the area with a cloth though. He said he might recommend this business but he would warn them that the workmanship might not be acceptable.

Brandon said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair and rated his overall experience with the business a 3 instead of a 5 because the business could have done a little bit nicer of a job and he had to wait a long time for his vehicle. He chose not to elaborate about the repair quality. He was not completely satisfied with the paint work performed because of the reasons already stated. His vehicle was ready 1 and a half hours later than promised because when the business was going to bring it out to him they said they checked it over and decided it needed more work. The appearance of the place of business did not meet all of his expectations, but he didn't elaborate. As a result of this visit he would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.

Jake said he wasn't completely satisfied with the paint work performed because there are sections in the paint that look dull and they weren't buffed correctly. He spoke with the technician and asked him if he inspected his vehicle when it was finished. The technician said he did. He finds that hard to believe because it is pretty obvious that the paint didn't look right. He plans on taking his vehicle back to have them re-paint it in a week. He would not recommend the business for service because he uses his vehicle for work and he paid top dollar at a place that has billboards all along the freeway saying they are committed to perfection, so he expected to have the repair done correctly the first time.

Johan said he has to return the vehicle to repair a small part of the interior door that isn't attached. He also said there is a chip in the paint that he believes they missed when painting. Having to bring the vehicle back for the repairs is really inconvenient and would have improved his experience if the business repaired it the first time.

Brian said he was about 90 percent satisfied with the quality of the body work. The business forgot to take care of a few issues he mentioned when he initially brought the vehicle in. The plastic antenna from his roof is missing and the business did not replace it. One of the windows needed to be replaced. He took his vehicle elsewhere, after this business returned his vehicle, to have the glass repaired. On the driver's side compartment there is a sunroof. The shade is too close to the sunroof and can't move back and forth. He would have appreciated if the liaison from this business he worked with had been more open with what the business could or could not do. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because he felt they could have been more engaging and concerned with his situation. The liaison could have been more enthusiastic. He did mention that he felt all of his concerns regarding this business were very small issues. Overall, the business did a good job.
