Taylor said they fixed his vehicle really well. They had it for almost 2 weeks. She dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday and was told vehicle would be ready around the same time next week. It was an issue getting the right bumper. Her vehicle was delayed until the following Friday.

Spoke with Cheri. She said the repair to her vehicle at this business was excellent. She received many phone calls saying the same thing and they kept pushing out the date on her. Her vehicle was supposed to have initially been ready in 2 weeks but actually took 3 weeks. She would recommend them to others.

Caleb said the headlights on his vehicle were pushed back a little bit, which kept the bumper from completely sealing because the bumper was not sealed properly, the paint around it is chipping. Martin said he took his vehicle to this business for a door that was bashed in. He had other ding's that he also wanted them to fix while they had it. He was told they would have to call a mobile dent and chip repair technician. He mentioned he does not understand why this business would have to contract out. He declined them calling someone else to do this job. He stated he can call someone himself. Other than that the repairs they did do, were good.
