I had been looking for a newer Sonata to replace my older one for a few weeks. Stevinson had one on their site with about 40k miles so I drove up on a Saturday morning without even calling them. Their internet sales guy Jim Rosa was the salesperson assigned to me, and I showed him the car I wanted on a printout. We test-drove it and he was good company on the test drive. I was wary of the mileage, and he said they had one that was just traded in with way less miles but it hadn't been detailed yet. I decided to test drive that one, and felt better since it had less miles. We went back and forth with the manager about price and what they were giving me for my trade-in, and I had to drive the car again, and again Jim went with me and didn't complain about being taken out on 3 drives that day, one of which I took down I-25 for about half an hour. We came to an agreement on my trade in value and price I would be paying, I dealt with the finance guy to get all the paperwork done, and bought the car. I had to wait for it to be certified and detailed, so I picked it up early the next week. It was a lot easier and low-stress than I thought. Jim was patient and relateable, the finance guy didn't try too hard to get me to buy extra warranties, and they had delicious animal crackers in the lobby as snacks. Ultimately, I bought my newish car without feeling like the dealer screwed me, which is a great feeling and I'm happy with the purchase so far.

I want to thank Jim Rosa for being a patient, no-pressure salesman and for getting me some Hyundai hats, the finance guy Jose Valadez for making the paperwork quick and easy, the one salesman who walks around with aviator sunglasses for getting me a sandwich, and the receptionist for restocking the animal crackers and nutrigrain bars.
