"Not finished on time."
Had my doctors turned. They ended up under specs. They should have measured them and told me they were no good. Lots of vibration when stopping from high speeds.

Joe,
Thank you for the review.  However, I am surprised  that you did not know the rotors were under spec since we told you that at the counter and it is written on your invoice.  We  specifically put on the invoice "we do not recommend using them".
Sometimes our best efforts to communicate fall short.

Josh said the bill had extra charges. He is disappointed that a battery change cost $250.

Dear Josh,

Thank you for the review.  Here are the details of the charges.  $55.00 to diagnose the problem, $30.00 to install the battery, and 129.99 for the battery which has a 40 month full warranty. If you feel that the diagnostic time we spent to provide you a correct diagnosis is in error please call and I will refund the same.
