Spoke with Tricia. She said they kept pushing back the due date and she had to call them for information. She said they could have been more professional and they could have improved their communication. Her front bumper is sticking out on one side, but the other side fits perfectly. She said she pointed it out to the representative when she picked the vehicle up. The representative wanted to know if she wanted it fixed right then. She said she couldn't make that work because she didn't have any transportation, so she will have to make an appointment to come back. Her vehicle was washed. It looked shiny and new. She said their sign in front needs to be repaired because a few letters are missing.
