Spoke with Mary. She said she noticed a sound she hadn't heard before. She doesn't know if it has anything to do with the repair that was done. If it doesn't go away she'll bring her vehicle in. She said the young girls at the front desk seemed a little vacant and they didn't have the customer service that an older person would have. They told her there would be a deductable, but they didn't explain why. She wasn't sure if it was for the insurance company or not. Her vehicle was two days late because it took longer than they thought it would. Her vehicle wasn't returned in a clean condition. The back seat wasn't cleaned at all, there was dust on it. It hadn't been vacuumed. Chris did a good job. He wanted her to see the vehicle in the daylight when she picked it up. It turned out she had to pick it up in the evening when it was raining. He was very accommodating about taking the vehicle inside so she could see it in the light. The body work looked beautiful.
