Yvette said the windshield had a crack that had not been fixed and the emblems were still inside the vehicle. The vehicle was 3 days late and they did not give her an explanation when she asked why. The vehicle was not cleaned. They may have vacuumed a little, but otherwise her vehicle was dirty. She said the front desk people were clueless, lacked understanding, and they were rude. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
