Kevin said the customer service counter needs a little customer service training because they are rude. Also, he mentioned that he had to bring the vehicle back two more times because they forgot to replace a light bulb and they had to order it. Also, he mentioned that he was not satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because they were not going to pay for it until he made a phone call to the person that hit him and told them that his attorney would be going after them. Five minutes, later the insurance company called him and said they would take care of it.
