Spoke with Mark. Mark said the business performed a horrible job. The representatives did not perform a very good job. The manager was not very nice. The representatives did not blend the paint service very well, and the body work they attempted to fix, it is still visible. He is in the process of bringing his vehicle to another repair center to get the repair services completed to his satisfaction. He rated his overall experience a 1, because they did not fix the problem, and they have a horrible level of customer service. They performed a horrible paint service. There is dust particles underneath the paint, and his vehicle needs to be buffed out all over again. He was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel, because of the reasons above. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim, because of the reasons above. He would not recommend the business for repair services, because of the reasons above.
