Lori said there was some confusion regarding an appointment. The receptionist called her to ask why she had not brought her vehicle in the day before for her scheduled appointment. She told the receptionist she did not have an appointment and she was going to get a call as to when the parts would come in. The receptionist told her again that she did have an appointment and handed her to Des. He told her she was right about not having an appointment but he just wanted to take a picture of the license plate. He took care of everything, followed up with her and called her when the parts came in. She really enjoyed working with him. The vehicle was done earlier than promised.
