d honest. I am never overcharged or upsold, and the work is done right the first time. The staff are helpful, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. Even when I go there for a basic oil change, I'm treated like a welcome guest. And when my car's had real trouble, the Road Star crew has taken care of it and kept me safe on the road. I wouldn't consider having my car serviced anywhere else.

For the past 6 years I have been lucky enough to call the Northwoods my summer home.It is truly my ha
ppy place.I know this will sound strange but one of the things that makes it my happy place is knowing I am going to have the opportunity to bring my car into Cloverland.I come from NY and each year, when I can, I hold off on any work my car needs until I can bring it into Cloverland..George,Don and Amy are amazing and most importantly I trust them 100%.Nobody likes spending money on repairs but I know when I come to Cloverland the work will be done well at a fair price.I have a 2008 car that I love and it needed quite a bit of work.It wasn't cheap but it is absolutely amazing how the car is now driving after their work.When I first picked up my car and started to drive it it felt like a totally new car.I couldn't believe how it handled.
PS.Also in the past I have brought my car in for them to check it out and when I went to pick it up there was no charge.Since they couldn't find anything wrong.Something that for me only happens at Cloverland.

ys felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. Scott, the owner is nothing like that at all. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand and didn't pressure me to do the work. I did do the work and I am thrilled, my car drives better than it has in years! I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know!!
