Right from entering the doors these guys (Rick and Steve) were the best.
I had some work done on my
front end somewhere else and it was a nightmare!
I thought I was just coming in for an alignment.
The nightmare continued they showed me everything that my F350 dually needed and worked with me.
Showed me how to get financing to fix my baby.
Explained what she needed what was going to be needed and fixed the issues that “other” repair shop supposed to have fixed.
Mind you this is a 2012 F350 diesel dually that I take VERY good care of and they picked up on that immediately and fully understand.
I’m am retired and on disability and only have this one vehicle, when I dropped my truck off they drove me home AND picked me up when they had finished the repairs as if I were family.
They have a customer for life

em. Serj, the owner, and his son Art are both extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful.
One of the things I appreciate most is their communication. They take the time to clearly explain what’s going on with your vehicle, what needs attention, and what your options are without making you feel pressured into unnecessary work. Whenever I’ve called, they’ve been responsive and available to answer my questions, which is increasingly hard to find these days.
I’ve also found their pricing to be reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and level of expertise they provide. You get the feeling that they value long-term relationships with their customers rather than simply trying to maximize a single repair bill.
