My car had trouble starting one morning so I had to take it in without an appointment. I was helped q
uickly and the gentleman was very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable and showed me the problem (battery) and was able to replace it. He also listened to other concerns/issues I had with my car and he kindly took a look and fixed the problems. The pricing is competitive and I completely trust the work that was done to my car. I have trusted Scott to take care of all of my repair needs for about 10 years if not longer. I moved
to Alabama 17 years ago and don't have any family near-by, but I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of just because I am a senior female. The only time I have gone anywhere else for my auto needs was because I had an unexpected issue occurre while out of town. Even, then, I had Scott check it out after I returned. I TRUST SCOTT! He and Ms.Noreen are also very warm and friendly they really do treat you like family. Even though I have moved out of the neighborhood I still come back to Scott's Auto Repair for my auto needs and sometimes just to say hello.
