Service was great but a little mad that I had to paid for a service that I didn’t ask for and I told
the guy I was only there for an oil change. They did an inspection sticker too that wasn’t needed til May. Money is tight from losing my job and I didn’t have the extra money for the sticker. I had to borrow some from my mom so I could cover it.

Brandon Morris and team with BOR completely went through our new jeep to check everything and let us
know what should be fixed, replaced or even upgraded if we wanted to go that way. They treated us like extremely well and we thought their prices were great and their workmanship was excellent. I was 2 hours in to a 10 hour drive home with two kids and a puppy and something punctured my tire as
I was crossing the bridge. I rolled in to Tire Plus with 9 pounds of pressure that quickly deflated to zero. They couldn’t look at my tire for at least 3 hours. I walked down to Five Star Automotive and they said they’d look at it immediately and then walked down to my car with an air compressor to fill my tire enough so I could drive to their shop. Who does that?? Five Star, that’s who! They were able to patch the tire and got me back on the road in under an hour. I’m so thankful for the extra effort that they put in to helping me.
