Sam "coded the initial diagnosis" of the problem with the operation of my vehicle. He concluded that
the ignition coil no. 3 was faulty - this turned out to correct. We decided to have all six I/C's change to preclude the other five would also need to be replaced - my vehicle seems to be running good now.

Service was great but a little mad that I had to paid for a service that I didn’t ask for and I told
the guy I was only there for an oil change. They did an inspection sticker too that wasn’t needed til May. Money is tight from losing my job and I didn’t have the extra money for the sticker. I had to borrow some from my mom so I could cover it.
