& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Ray, the owner, is always very thorough with how his shop operates. He will ask what brings you in ,
even from your phone, then he will prioritize fixing the issue and he will also ask what else you need to be done to your vehicle. He will diagnose your vehicle , mine is always a couple hours. Then he will give you a call back or you can wait there. Finally, he will break down the details of what your vehicle is needed and the estimate how much.
