I brought my car in to fix a rubber cupling in my steering wheel, which was under warranty. Rob not o
nly verified and fixed the issue, but fixed three more issues that were under warranty that I was unaware of. Rob kept me informed of every step - including one part that had to be ordered, requiring a second visit that was scheduled quickly.
