ad some tires losing air so I had Don check them out. Turns out one had a small hope with no nail or screw and the other still had the screw. Had them plugged. With the free inspection, everything was fine and I was on my way. Must easier than the dealer and they will not try and gouge you on unnecessary repairs.
I used Wayne’s several weeks ago for the first time. They serviced my 2017 Buick Cascada which I purc
hased through Carmax. I had Maxcare extended warranty and Wayne’s accepted that policy. They found my issue and called me with an update and cost and time to do the repair work. I had to leave my car overnight because the wrong part was delivered the first time. On day 2 they completed the repair and I picked up my car. The repair eliminated my issue. I will use them again for future oil changes and repairs.

Naturally they do their work from electrical codes and diagnosis tools. But they fix one issue at a time hoping that is all that it needs. Particularly the habit on aging cars in case you really don't want to put a lot of money into it.
I've had other leading repair shops just tell me or they didn't know what was wrong with it. That was after sitting there for 14 days waiting for someone to look at it.
It you don't have the time, or staff or willingness to do work then you should say so up front. A1 is conscious about the cost, the time and what you are facing. They are good to explain things if you like to know.
I would highly recommend them.
