We took our 2015 Audi Q7 to have the brakes checked. Jeff was amazing from start to finish. He told m
e he would take pictures of the brakes and let us know if he recommended replacement. The brakes were nearly down to the bottom and so he recommended replacement and did the job within the next few hours. We picked the car up the same day we dropped it off. Jeff was amazing and we will continue to use Champs Family Automotive as well as recommended to our family and friends.

My car died. It wouldn't start. Lights, radio, AC worked. Battery was new. I was referred to B&S Mot
orsports by my sister. The call was quickly answered by the owner, Bill. I explained the situation and he knew it was the starter. He said he has had to replace a number of Honda starters for my year, make, and model. He said he was booked for the week, but a starter wouldn't take long and could squeeze me in between jobs the next day. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to repair. I made arrangements to have the car towed to him. The car was at his place just before 10am and the car was fixed by 11:15am. Bill checked the car to make sure there wasn't anything other than the starter. Bill was very professional and personable. With the turn of the key, it immediately started. I don't know if Bill did anything else, but on the drive home, the car seemed to drive much smoother than before. The experience was great from phone call to finish. The price was more than reasonable. You can tell Bill loves what he does and takes pride in his work.

I drove across a concrete block while pulling into a parking slot at my doctor's office, and when I r
eversed my car to back away from the block, it ripped my front bumper loose across the entire front of the car. My spouse called Mile Repair the following morning, and although it would not have been a major repair, they agreed to look at the car right away. Long story short, Mile put my bumper back together and sold me a new battery all for a very reasonable price. A short time later, I picked up my car and you couldn't tell it had even been damaged. I am so grateful to these guys for their service!
