Drained our Battery
Our car battery was working just fine before we brought our car to the Rodeo Hyundai dealership for an unrelated service order on our seats and recall replacement order. We had NO issues with our battery prior to coming to the dealer. After getting serviced, when trying to leave, our car would not start and we were told it was the battery. Somehow the dealership drained/damaged our battery during the original service call, and we were made to pay for it.

I called for scheduling a 20,000 mile service appointment. They were able to accommodate me that day. They even provided a shuttle so I didn't have to wait around.
