on for life. Showed me exactly what was wrong, what was needed, and what was unnecessary to fix. He originally quoted an amount based off of the issues I was told from a dealership service. Ended up paying less because when he saw it, he mentioned some issues brought up from the dealership were unnecessary. And literally showed me on the car why it wasn't needed. But he was able to find other serious issues the Dealership Mechanics missed. Highly recommend this place.

From the first call to the completion of the job, the service was excellent. I called for an appoint
ment and spoke with Alan (sp?). He researched the correct fluid for my DCT transmission and set the appointment. We I arrived, navigation took me to the incorrect spot. I called and Evelyn answered the phone. She told me how to find the shop and even waited outside to flag me down. She was very friendly and efficient. Later she called me to say that even though the specs called for a specific amount of fluid, the car actually needed a little more. Instead of making me wait she had already sent one of the mechanics to go pick it up so the car could be completed on time. They did a great job on a transmission other mechanics didn’t want to touch. I highly recommend this shop.

Front desk person . ( Ray ) this was my first experience with Ray . I had enjoyed the business relationship with the previous coordinator that moved on . I quickly was impressed with the knowledge and care from Ray . The mechanic team quickly diagnosed the Honda Odyssey Engine challenge and suggested The repair and further safety protocols for our brakes . I was very pleased with the results. I also had a cosmetic issue with the needed door arm supports removed so I could take elsewhere for a Leather repair .They insisted I come back to put the door panel back on at no further cost .Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicles there .You won’t go wrong .. Fireman Joe and Family. I bypass many mechanics and a Honda dealer to use the Master tech business.
