I was so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service I received at Chad’s. They got my car in an
d diagnosed the problem quickly. The report I received upon completion of the diagnosis was easy to understand, I really appreciated a written report that I could refer to rather than just hoping I would remember everything. And pictures were included which really helped my understanding of the problem! I went in skeptical, being a woman with no car knowledge to speak of… afraid I would be taken advantage of because of my ignorance. But was beyond happy with everything!
