The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.

any BMW owner. Even though they are clearly a very busy shop, they managed to get my car in quickly and completed the service far faster than I expected. It is rare to find a place that balances such high volume with genuine efficiency and quality. A huge shout out to Bill, who was fantastic to work with—he was professional, honest, and made the whole process seamless. h time I take it in, it has been an easy process. Jillian has been my service advisor for my most recent services. She is so patient and pleasant to deal with. This visit, I received a video sent to me by my technician that covered my complete inspection of my car. I expected the video to tell me I needed additional work. It did not. I really appreciated the video just to show me what they covered and did. Pleasantly surprised. Hope I get a video like that every time in the future.
