Found the issue and was covered under warranty
My 2013 Sonata had trouble starting. Then my wife and I noticed it would decelerate while stepping on the gas. Turned out to be a defective brake sensor that was covered under warranty. Thanks to Meghan for her help and understanding.

The employee who helped me this time was great. She explained plus gave me an estimate b4 asking me to sign. Last time associate wanted me to sign without an estimate $. Said that's the way it worked when I asked him about it.
