or an oil change, Carl said to think about new tires. I said let's go ahead and do that. He helped me narrow down the choice, ordered the tries, got them installed on the day promised. I remembered that I had been experiencing some spinning of tires on slick streets, after a rain. I had brushed it off. I think the reason was not that I was too heavy on the gas, but that he tires were reaching the end of their best performance. That's another thing I like about Bowie Shell. They point things out that need to be pointed out. No oversell. Just keeping my vehicle running. I don't want a flat tire on Route 50 or in Annapolis Shopping Mall.

I am new to the area and needed a new source of transportation. I bought a used 2013 Subaru Outback t
hat I conducted a pre sale inspection but wanted a more detailed and thorough vehicle inspection. So I called and spoke to Shawn at Bowie Auto about the used car inspection capabilities. Shawn took the time to go ocer some if the things they check and i felt comfortable to have them do the check. I talked to him about dropping the car off for them to test drive and do a very detailed inspection the next day. He called and provided the results and suggested that the front pads and rotors be replaced otherwise we had a great running car with good brakes in the back and somewhat newer tires. I had a very nice experience and appreciate their honesty and the detailed inspection of the vehicle. As a new resident of Maryland , I like their customer service and integrity and will return with my other vehicles for service.
