There is so much good to tell, where to start is a challenge. So to begin: their knowledgeable and
friendly staff, fair prices, and quality work. Specifically, they are honest, professional and in my experience able to handle various aspects of car care. Also they do a thorough job of checking your car from top to bottom (even if it is a oil change) and giving you a report of potential problems if there are any. I do not see how you could go wrong entrusting your car to M&M Automotive.

I want to share my honest experience with Shorts Auto. My journey began at North Side Ford for an ABS
light issue. They took over a week just to read the test codes, which I had already checked myself. After that, they came back with a repair estimate of $10,000 for a fix that wouldn’t even resolve my ABS problem. I spent the whole day calling around to 30 different places, trying to get quotes for the necessary repairs. Later that day, Shorts Auto contacted me with a much better price on a new transmission compared to the rebuild quotes I had received, and theirs even came with a warranty.
One of the major issues I had with North Side Ford was their poor communication. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone for updates. In contrast, Shorts Auto went above and beyond, keeping me fully informed throughout the process. They completed the repair quickly, even finishing ahead of schedule.
If you’re debating whether to choose North Side Ford or a smaller shop, let this review serve as a testament to how much better Shorts Auto is. I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service in getting my car back on the road. Thank you, Shorts Auto!

I was able to schedule my car in a timely fashion on the day that I wanted -one week out. They inform
ed me of the time that my car would be completed so that I could return to pick it up. They advised me of issues and gave me a reminder to inspect my car before it ran out in 48 hours( they don’t do yearly inspections). Communicative and informative.

The shop is professional. You come in, they ask "what's the problem? " they make their recommendation
and cost. You pick up the car and go home. It's that simple. Costs are better than the dealership. I will visit again.

I have been using them for years would not trust my car to another group.
They inform me by text of future work and inspections that are required by the state.
