t have the tools to repair, was an easy fix for them. Not only did they do it at a fraction of the cost, compared to others, they found and repaired an additional part causing the problem, not found by the other guys 🤔.

Gordon and his crew have been tending my family's cars since I was a child in the 80s. This most rece
nt visit, they couldn't find the sound I mentioned at first, but instead of throwing up their hands or making something up, they called, chatted with me about it for several minutes, then said they'd set about finding it. They called only a couple hours later to let me know that they found the offending part and that the cost to fix would be minimal. As usual, I had my car back the same day. Gordon and Far East are the reason I only buy Hondas.

I recently took my vehicle to Champs 2 Tire & Service to have a water pump replaced. After the servic
e was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. After speaking with the owner Brandon and pointing out the things that were not a problem before, he agreed to have me bring my vehicle back in so that he could have one of his best ASE certified techs look over everything.
They found the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the repairs completed at no additional cost!
Throughout the process there was constant communication with the status of repairs, and regular updates.
Overall, my Wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received and the overall outcome. Brandon is a stand-up guy and his staff are all a great bunch of people!
