I would highly recommend this location. I was quite embarrassed to bring in my car with some grinding
in the brakes. There was absolutely no judgement and total understanding. They asked more detail questions about the noise(s) I was hearing and asked me if there were any more concerns I had, rather than tell me I needed A,B,C and D done to the car like most dealerships would. The whole process ran very smoothly. I dropped off the car the night before and by the following afternoon I got a message that my car was completed and was ready for pick up.
The staff at the desk, Anna and Carli (SP?) are amazingly knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention pleasant to talk to. And the brakes feel great, so the mechanics absolutely know what they’re doing. They brought back all four tires back to the appropriate air pressure and I have a fully functioning car with zero noises to talk about. I will definitely return and recommend to anyone searching for honest, budget friendly mechanics. I’m a happy customer!
