I was a promptly greeted by Dennis the moment I arrived at the lot. He soon showed me a few vehicles
that fit my criteria, and set up two for me to test drive. Dennis gave some valuable input and I decided on the Honda CR-V. After signing some quick paperwork, I waited a bit—but not too long—for financing to go through. All was well, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next business day—again, greeted by Dennis’s welcoming smile as he handed me the keys. eve at rays auto went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and taken care of and assured I’d be back on the road asap. Even offered me a place to stay at the shop and helped me with a hotel nearby. They quickly found the issue and ordered a part and got me back on the road, worked with me on the price and explained every step of the way. Service was great but a little mad that I had to paid for a service that I didn’t ask for and I told
the guy I was only there for an oil change. They did an inspection sticker too that wasn’t needed til May. Money is tight from losing my job and I didn’t have the extra money for the sticker. I had to borrow some from my mom so I could cover it.
