WOW! We are on vacation in San Diego and someone scratched our rental car pretty bad. Brought it to B
rendan at Fix Auto Mission Valley for an estimate to repair so rental company didn’t ding us. Not only did they buff it out, they filled in the scratches with matching paint AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!!! For anyone in the San Diego area looking for a BMW service center that you can trust, I recommend German Auto Center because they have proven themselves to be really exceptional in the way they take care of their customers, and from having seen the same faces in the shop for many years, I assess they also take care of their staff. As an example of their business ethics, they carefully break out and describe the service that really has to be done from the service that should or may be done so the customer can make an informed, no pressure, decision. Another example is a recent motor problem that BMW of San Diego asked $2300 to repair that German Auto Center repaired for $1080.
