I WALKED INTO THE CUSTOMER AREA TO MAKE AN APPT AND I GOT ONE FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK, NOT REALIZING I
HAD WALKED IN 45 MIN BEFORE HIS OPENING TIME . VERY COURTEOUS!
THE NEXT WEEK CAME AND I HAD DR APPTS ON THE DAY I WAS SCHEDULED FOR. I SHOWED UP TWO DAYS BEFORE MY APPT TO ASKED IF I COULD GET THE WORK DONE A DAY BEFORE. HIS DAUGHTER WAS WORKING AT THE FRONT DESK AND SHE SAID IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE...JUST BRING IT IN AND WE'LL TRY TO GET TO IT.
SO I DID AND THEY COMPLETED MY REQUEST AND CALLED TO LET ME KNOW IT WAS READY. WHEN I GOT THERE I WAS MET BY ONE OF HIS DAUGHTERS AND ALSO BY TWO ADORABLE GRAND DAUGHTERS .
